POP UP DINING SERIES
What is it?
Nestled in our private courtyard we have created “Winterfest in the Square” which consists of 6 private cabins along with 3 clear snowglobes. All are individually heated, designed for dining or lounging, complete with a concierge, the pop up diner series offers many options including wine pairings, individual honour beverage station or bottle service menu. This is an outdoor experience although all cabins and globes are heated it is important to dress appropriately. No smoking or vaping in the Winterfest Square is permitted.
How many can each cabin or globe hold?
Each cabin or globe is designed for a maximum of 6 guests. Perfect to keeping within social bubble regulations. If you have a larger group – you may always reserve more units and social hop.
Do you have to have 6 people in order to reserve?
No, we have several options available
What does the pop up dining include?
You have a number of options to choose from. There is a complete 3 course dinner option along with beverage add on’s. Please ensure to provide any allergies, special occasion celebrations or special dietary requirements in advance.
Are the cabins or globes able to rent? And if so, do I need to reserve all of them or can I only rent 1 for a private event?
Yes, globes and cabins are able to reserve outright however, all food and beverage MUST be purchased through our in-house restaurant/catering services. For inquires for special events, please inquire through firstname.lastname@example.org
What is required to reserve an experience in Winterfest in the Square?
We require Guest Name, email, phone number and a valid credit card on file for all reservations. A confirmation will be provided once all information is received.
What is the cancellation policy?
We provide a 72hr cancellation window at no charge. If the reservation is required to cancel with 72 hours a 25% charge will be applied to the credit card on file. Any NO SHOWS will be charged in FULL o the credit card on file. Cancellations prior to 72hr may be sent to email@example.com; within 72hr it is important to contact us directly at 905.357.1234 and speak go a guest service agent.
