Lisa and I took over the property in 2016 after falling in love with the history, architecture and historical relevance to Niagara Falls. The property was a working Flour Mill in 1904, hence the nod to our restaurant & bar names. We retained the original beams & fireplace as well as individual design and decor in the Mill rooms. Across Stone Square in the courtyard rooms, a more modern approach was taken. It is so important to us that the welcome is warm, the food & drinks are outstanding and everything from the exterior gardens to interior decor are stylish and complement the seasons. I love creating unique spaces paired with memorable experiences.This year we are pleased to launch our live music in the new 1904 Wine Bar + Kitchen. Winterfest once again is booking quickly in our bespoke alpine cabins & dining domes with an exclusive menu & pairings.
